In this class we will learn to breathe deeply and connect in feeling with our bodies. This is a slow, but strong practice. Inspired by Ana Forrest’s Yoga this is a full workout that builds flexibility, intelligence and strength while helping deepen the relationship with our authentic Selves. Accessing our intuition – the voice of our Spirit – builds personal strength and ushers integrity into our daily interactions with all beings. Expect challenge, some inversions and deep abdominals to begin the class – to get you strong, centred and connecting you to you core!
Yogis and yoginis working with injury or those who are pregnant, please feel safe to come to this class. It is a slow flow and modifications can be offered with ease.
