Join me for a wonderful Kundalini Yoga, Chakra Balancing Workshop.
Akhanda Classical Kundalini is a truly unique style developed by Himalayan Yoga Master Yogrishi Vishvketu to initiate students into Tantra Yoga. This class will focus on the subtle energy systems of the body and work to balance the solar and lunar channels. It will feature asana, oscillating movements, Tantric and Vedic Bija mantras, chakra visualizations, and dynamic pranayama techniques to clear the energy passageways and chakras, aligning you with cosmic prana. You will come away with greater clarity, vitality, and peace. All levels welcome.
We will begin the session with an introduction to Kundalini energy, the nadis and chakras and the benefits / precautions of the practice. This will be followed by an Akhanda Classical Kundalini practice including asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breath work), mantra, meditation and philosophy.

About the teacher:
Alex Franklin is a Chartered Level 1 teacher, certified by Yoga Alliance. She has over 5 years international teaching experience and over 900hrs of training. She studied at Anand Prakrash Ashram in Rishikesh, India under the guidance of Himalayan Yoga Master Yogrishi Vishvketu (Vishva Ji), the founder of Akhanda Yoga. She has recently returned to the UK after 19 months teaching & studying in India (including 13 months living and working in Anand Prakrash Ashram). She now divides her time between the UK and India running short courses, workshops, retreats and trainings.

I want to help people live healthier, happier and more fulfilled lives and I believe that this can be achieved through regular practice of the 8 limbs of Yoga.
