Kundalini Yoga, also known as the yoga of awareness, is a beautiful practice that powerfully aligns body, mind and soul and brings deep relaxation, giving you more mental clarity and physical vitality, and at the same time opening up your connection to the infinite and to your own soul. We use combinations of movements, breathwork, mudras, postures, relaxation, meditation and mantras to create specific effects on the physical, mental and energy bodies, enabling you to expand your consciousness and awaken your true potential. As we traverse this often challenging time of transformation for humanity, Kundalini Yoga is an ideal practice for helping you to stay centred, deepen your perceptions and bring presence and love to your actions. It is an honour for me to share this divine wisdom with all those who feel called.
