Your yoga mat is no place for perfection — it’s a place for exploration & investigation, a place to learn and grow. In this class the focus is not what we do in our practice but how we do it, what happens on journey and how we use these experiences to add to our understanding of ourselves: body and mind.
By engaging with the process of our practice, instead of worrying about where we end up we can continually deepen our self-discovery – and keep our practice fresh and alive.
In this friendly lunchtime class we’ll explore classic hatha yoga poses as well as breath-synchronised movements found in Viniyoga, and some of the flowing elements of tai chi to bring a dynamic aspect to our practice.
All levels and abilities are welcome.
