Join me, and explore what it means to be you, with mindful breath and mindful movement in this fun, friendly, early morning class.
Expect Vinyassa Yogasana (dynamic, flowing, postural movement), Shuddi Kriya and Pranyama (cleansing active breath work and breath control techniques) to start your day, and your week in the most nourishing, revitalising way possible. We will learn to fully inhabit ourselves, and cultivate strength, support, grace, ease and flexibility.
As well as the somatic practice, I will share my passion for Yogic philosophy and weave this through the physical and relaxation practices to create the supporting practice that will carry you through your busy life.
My wish is to be able to share some of the often very simple, yet surprisingly powerful ways to reconnect with yourself, look inside, and find your serenity, your power and what grace in action looks like for you.
