Hi, I’m Anna and as a physiotherapist, kinesiologist and yoga teacher I am passionate about taking a holistic approach to health.
I invite you to join me on the mat to experience a dynamic sequence of postures, linked together with breath. In yogic philosophy the breath and the mind originate from the same source, therefore by focusing on the breath we are given a means of beginning to control and calm the mind. Vinyasa is a contemporary style of yoga popular for greatly increasing physical strength, tone and flexibility. We finish with a deep relaxation, to leave you with a growing sense of tranquility, vitality and enthusiasm for life!
