Join me for a weekly class where we will move through a series of asanas (postures) enabling us to find the perfect balance between softness and strength. Leaving us feeling fiercely energised yet serene and calm. We’ll find balance on and off the mat exploring pranayama (breath work), a range of calming yet uplifting and sometimes challenging asanas and a long time set out at the end of class for relaxation to restore and reboot.
