New to Yoga or recently completed a Beginners Course?
This fun beginners class is aimed at those who wish to learn the foundations of yoga practice in a detailed, inclusive and safe way.
We won’t be standing on our heads, but we will be building strength and flexibility both physically and emotionally plus learning the basic breath practices, physical postures and an introduction to the underlying philosophy of this wonderful practice.
The teacher Katie Despres is also a trained Wellbeing Coach and brings her experience into her teaching of yoga.
