Ben started to get deeper into Yoga while looking for a cross training activity to help with his sporting interests; running, surfing, and snowboarding. He quickly realised that he could get a whole lot more out of the process, and now he continues to amaze himself with the momentum he gains from practising Yoga. He finds the progress of developing both physical and mental skills fascinating and loves all the short term and long term benefits that it brings.
A confident and friendly character, he finds himself in his element when transferring concepts and skills to others. Naturally, he loves teaching his Classes.
Ben continues to study Yoga through a daily practice, personal study, and worksho
ps with international teachers.
