I have been practising yoga for 15 yrs now. I started at uni with a Hatha class which due to my sporting background was highly beneficial to my training program. I then became more involved in Ashtanga Yoga due to it’s more athletic nature. I then began branching more towards other forms like; Vinyasa Flow, Rocket, Iyengar, too name a few.
I trained to teach 4 yrs ago now starting ‘Blue Skies Yoga’ specialising in Dynamic Flow & Yoga for Sport’s Performance. My aim was to create a more rounded, holistic strength & conditioning program for the body through a flowing yoga practice.
