Since deepening my practice and knowledge of yoga (it’s NOT about whether you can touch your toes and make shapes on mats!) I have found a greater sense of lightness, grounding and gratitude in my life. It has been truly life changing and I feel really passionate about sharing yoga and all its benefits with others.

I am now so very excited to be able to teach yoga and I’m really looking forward to this new chapter of my life. So whether you can touch your toes or not I hope you will come along.
