Personally I have found yoga practice to be a source of sanity, freedom and ease. I want to create a space for you to cultivate strong foundations, from which to open to greater, gratitude, creativity and wonder at the world.
I have two years over 500 hours training with Christopher Gladwell and Sarah Harlow. I am also a trained Pilates teacher and have over three years experience facilitating bio-mechanicaly sound physical practice.
